What does the role entail?

Key deliverables will revolve around winning and growing new business accounts:

  • Work with bluewaveSELECT’s leadership team to develop a business plan to out-perform competitors and grow market share.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and candidate relationships.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from taking a brief to placing candidates.
  • Elevate your own skillset to develop expertise in recruitment business management.
  • Raise bluewaveSELECT’s industry profile to become the compelling first choice for SAP customers.
  • Bring new ideas, initiatives and recommendations to constantly improve bluewaveSELECT’s offering to candidates and customers.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of wining and developing new business in the SAP market either as a permanent and/or contract recruiter.
  • Ability to quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Current high performer with a strong desire to succeed in life and take your earning levels to the ‘next ‘level’.
  • A growth mindset; constantly seeking opportunities to develop, achieve, and overcome challenges.
  • Sense of humour.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Financially driven and competitive.
