What does the role entail?
Key deliverables will revolve around winning and growing new business accounts:
- Work with bluewaveSELECT’s leadership team to develop a business plan to out-perform competitors and grow market share.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from taking a brief to placing candidates.
- Elevate your own skillset to develop expertise in recruitment business management.
- Raise bluewaveSELECT’s industry profile to become the compelling first choice for SAP customers.
- Bring new ideas, initiatives and recommendations to constantly improve bluewaveSELECT’s offering to candidates and customers.
- Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of wining and developing new business in the SAP market either as a permanent and/or contract recruiter.
- Ability to quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence.
- Current high performer with a strong desire to succeed in life and take your earning levels to the ‘next ‘level’.
