World class SAP CoE build: BAE Systems AI
BAE Applied Intelligence is the cyber crime and technology arm of BAE Systems, a multinational defence, security, and aerospace organisation. With headquarters in London and operations worldwide, BAE Systems is one of the world’s largest defence companies- with over 80,000 employees.
BAE Systems wanted to build its own internal SAP organisation/CoE in order disengage with its support partner, to become self-sufficient. However, they were struggling to attract the best SAP professionals through their existing suppliers; some vacancies had been open for over 12 months.
bluewaveSELECT was recommended to members of BAE’s leadership team because of its successful track record in recruiting internal CoE’s – with a backbone of permanent SAP professionals supplemented by contract consultants where needed. This process was continued throughout the recruitment programme until its successful completion.
